Flipick LMS Is a multi-portal architecture to support self-study asynchronous learning, virtual classes based synchronous learning or blended learning

Flipick LMS can host multiple clients like institutes, departments or dealers on the same instance of the LMS. Individual client can have its own home page, branding, content and rules. A group with member clients can share content and have individual or consolidated analytics. Each client has its own administrative management for users, batches, courses, access rights and instructors.

An organisation can have multiple tenant clients. Multiple organisations can be co-hosted
Ability to inherit course content, administrative settings, rules and permissions from one tenant to another within an organisation or across organisations
Reports and analytics dashboard for a client or multiple clients within an organisation

A tenant is an independent portal with its own hierarchy of administrative staff, instructors, managers or user with custom roles and permissions.

A tenant can divide users in multiple groups or batches. Each batch can be assigned courses, packages or learning paths
Content can be organised in a configurable hierarchy. Academic institutes may organise content with a hierarchy of Levels (Higher Education), University (Mumbai University), Discipline (Engineering), Exam (First Year Engineering) and Semester (Semester 1). All courses are managed at the Semester level in this example
Each tenant can have its own branding
At the organisation level (parent tenant), an e-commerce portal can be optional
Courses can be shared between tenants of an organisation or across organisations
Asynchronous, Synchronous or Instructor-led training
Integration with MS Teams and Zoom for virtual classes
Integration with MS Teams OneNote Class-book and Google Classroom for Instructor led training supporting assignments and grading
Certification and re-certification awards
Awarding of badges for achieving configurable milestones including course completion, marks and virtual class attendance

Virtual Classes

Each tenant can be interfaced with Zoom or MS Teams for conducting virtual classes. Future versions would include Adobe Connect, WebEx, Google Meet, JIO Meet and other synchronous services.

A virtual class invitation can be sent to a batch of students
Attendance is tracked and reported
Option for recordings to be made available for all or absentee students for a specific period
Attendance in a virtual class can be configured to marks that can be a part of the grading process

Student on-boarding automation

There are multiple ways to on-board students to a specific client and batch

Interactive forms-based student registration on the portal
Student registration on e-commerce sign up
Bulk registration by uploading a CSV file or custom integration with SIS (School Information System)
Coupon Codes to automatically assign courses to students

Table of Content (TOC) structure for courses

Courses can be published as a single entity authored by various applications like Articulate. TOC can have multiple chapters with each chapter structured with multiple topics. Each topic can be linked to a learning object

Content Management System (CMS)

A core part of the LMS is an integrated Learning Object Repository (LOR) and a hierarchical content management system.

LOR is designed to support learning objects in a configurable folder structure
LOR objects can be linked to multiple courses
CMS can have its own hierarchy to mimic the client’s requirement like exam / semesters or category / sub-category

Flipick LMS supports a large variety of content with an in-built player to render and track the usage
