Glossary

Terms worth knowing. Plainly explained.

Definitions of the key terms used across Flipick's AI video platform and LMS — from VVP and credits to SCORM and overlays.

AI Video Platform
VVP / Variable Video Production
Flipick's technology for rendering a single master AI film into many personalised variants. Each variant can have a different name, price, language, overlay or data value — rendered on Flipick's servers, making per-variant cost a fraction of the master.
Master Film
The single AI-rendered source video from which all VVP variants are derived. Paid for once, at the full AI render credit rate.
Variant
A personalised version of the master film with different overlays, voiceover, language or data — rendered at a small fraction of the master's cost.
Credits
Flipick's unit of account. 1 credit = ₹1 (INR) or $0.01 (USD). No seats, no subscriptions — pay only for what you render and distribute.
Screenplay Creator
Flipick's AI tool that converts a brief into a structured screenplay and storyboard for team approval before rendering begins.
Ingredients
Reusable static image assets — logos, backgrounds, product shots — stored once and assembled into the personalised overlay frames placed on top of generated video.
Overlays
Dynamic text, logo, price or CTA elements placed on the master film. Each VVP variant can swap overlay values without re-rendering the underlying film.
Asset Library
A central repository in Flipick's AI video platform for reusable production elements — brand ambassadors, characters, products and locations — that persist consistently across every project.
Beats
Individual frames within a video shot in Flipick's Video Builder. Pace settings control how many beats render per shot — from measured (fewer beats) to Super Energetic (nine frames in a ten-second clip).
Learning & Delivery
SCORM
Sharable Content Object Reference Model — the eLearning standard that allows courses to be deployed to any compliant LMS and report completion and scores. Flipick's PPT-to-SCORM service produces SCORM 1.2 output.
xAPI / Tin Can
Experience API — the successor to SCORM that tracks learning activities beyond the LMS, including video completion, mobile learning and offline activity. Flipick's PPT-to-SCORM service supports xAPI reporting.
LMS
Learning Management System — a platform for delivering, managing and tracking training. Flipick LMS G2 is Flipick's own AI skills-development platform. Flipick's SCORM output deploys to any compliant third-party LMS.
PPT-to-SCORM
Flipick's service that converts PowerPoint, PDF or Word documents into fully animated, narrated, assessed SCORM 1.2 courses in approximately 15 days — without the client needing to rebuild from scratch in an authoring tool.
Zero Hallucination
Flipick's commitment that AI Video and PPT-to-SCORM content contains no invented facts. Every element is locked to source documents and human-reviewed before delivery.
